Summary: I had a really good experience, staff was really nice front desk most likely and people at restaurant but when I try to get into the hotel by the side door the gets to the street near the parking the person on the door was kind of rude , route was close because Erreyway were coming back front their concert and he didnt belive I was staying in the Hotel he was kind of racecist thats why I decide always to get in by the door the is near the round circle with the flags

Summary: I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The option to speak English was not a problem. The hotel was close to safe communities and shopping centers. I am looking forward to coming back.

Summary: The hotel should not let fans in to sit in the lobby and wait to see the artists. Some of them where at the lobby bar and spent but still stayed many hours waiting. The hotel should give priority to the guests that are paying a rate to stay in there
