Summary: Yall need to know THERE IS NO AC OR FAN!!!!! We had to stay one night in late June and had a very sticky sweaty night. The only solution is opening all the windows at risk of all the bugs coming in. This property should at least have a standing fan or two for the rooms. Beds were mid, hard ro sleep because we were just so hot. There were people outside yelling all hours of the night and I generally got a hostile vibe from this place not a hotel or anything. But since we just needed one night it was walkable from the airport (30 or so minutes bc we had a 7 year old with us) and that was fine.

Summary: Property was easy to access, It was clean and had all the necessities but the flat was not in good condition. Our Bathroom light did not work, messaged the property and they still haven’t even replied. Some buttons in the flat were missing cover, with wiring just exposed. For the price, don't expect a lot

Summary: -I emailed multiple times asking for a parking space confirmation and heard nothing back. We lost about a hour trying to resolve the issue. -There’s no staff at the property to help with any issues. -The AC was non existent so we had a very sticky night! - The man working at the restaurant at the side of the property is fantastic and very kind.

Summary: Our stay at Swiss Star Hotel was okay overall, but there were several disappointing aspects. The check-in process had a bit of a learning curve, but we eventually figured it out. One major frustration was the lack of a way to contact anyone for help — the number provided didn’t work on our international phones, which left us feeling pretty stuck. The room itself was clean enough, but the patio had broken glass scattered all over it, making it completely unusable. The building in general felt a bit run down and dirty, which didn’t match the expectations set by the listing. Another big letdown was the parking situation. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because parking was listed as available, but there was none for our stay. We ended up parking at a nearby hotel, which worked out, but it wasn’t ideal. It’s an affordable option close to the airport, and for that reason, it served its purpose — but I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Summary: The check in was fine , no problems. The room smelt stale due to people having smoked in it previously. The kitchen was fine but no kettle to make a hot drink of tea or coffee. The tv was in standby but no remote to make it work . All these problems were told to the cleaning lady who also looked surprised.

Summary: It was a walking distance from the airport And there was a place to eat next the building I just needed a overnight stay The review was not very good that I don’t know why Like I said that I just needed a night stay It was very good hotel I will stay there if I go back to the Swiss land

Summary: Check in was a nightmare. Its self check in and requires a code which wasn’t sent by the hotel and we had trouble while entering. The room was clean and tidy except the room service entered the door without even knocking on properly.

Summary: We reserved two rooms... With confirmation emails. But only got a code for one. After multiple live phone calls where we were told the representative didn't have time to help us, we finally got into both. The rooms are very spare, with extremely minimal furnishings and amenities. That would be ok except the bathrooms smelled bad, had visible mold, and the shower fixture was quite obviously broken and sprayed at the ceiling instead of at you. Whoever runs this place should have their Swiss citizenship revoked. It breaks all the expectations one has about Swiis cleanliness.

Summary: It was a little hard getting in since you had a code. Just had to find pad - then it was easy. Didn't know where to park but was a large lot to the north and it worked ok. It was comfortable and bed was nice. If in Zurich again and leaving from airport this would work for me.
