Summary: Stayed there with my extended family for 3 days and had great time. Property was exactly like it was shown and located very nice and beach was just 5 minutes walk. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of things to do for everyone. Giving 4 rating because couple of drawbacks - room with bunk bed had a ceiling fan which was a hazard specially for kids, no dish washer. Everything else was great, the host Rick stopped by and fixed couple of minor things. Overall great stay.

Summary: Just got back from our vacation here and we loved this property. From a fire pit (stocked with wood) to the playset for the kids and the bikes it made this a perfect vacation. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. Definitely recommend

Summary: Rick was a fantastic host for our girls getaway weekend. The house was perfectly stocked with all the essentials. The deck was a great place to have morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. Would totally recommend and stay again! Thank you from some rejuvenated mom's!!

Summary: The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Equipped with even more than listed, it was beyond our expectations (10 family members). We even had a family gathering with a total of 20 people. More than enough space between outside and inside- the children loved the play set and bikes!
