Summary: Our house was perfectly set to access not only the beach but all the fun amenities this town had to offer. We walked to pretty much every activity with no issues. The town had a small-town vibe with a police presence to make you feel safe. The volunteer fire department was also around the corner, and you knew with their loud siren! Fantastic stay for a family looking to have a relaxing time with no hustle and bustle to worry about nor large crowds.

Summary: This place was amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place at the beach. Location was great, easy walk to anywhere you want to go. Sal was easy to communicate with and provided us with everything we needed during our stay.

Summary: I enjoyed the property that I had this year. It was actually on the same street that I had last year, but this property was better. We all Enjoy the place it was clean and cozy and enough room for us all and the Location was centered near everything. My only glitch was that there were one too many spiders for me (of course I do not like them) in mine and the kids bedrooms. A suggestion of maybe spraying around the home to lessen the bugs it’s what I do in my own home and it surely seems to help. But overall our stay was great!!

Summary: We were looking for somewhere to stay to see the eclipse and this house turned out to be perfect. Sylvan Beach is a great little town and better yet, the restaurants, beach, etc. was all within walking distance of this house. Sal was great about communicating and offered to let us in a few hours before the typical check-in time which was really nice of him. We didn't really cook but the kitchen table was great for puzzles which reminds me that Sal had games and puzzles at the house if you forget your own. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The home was so cozy. A great location central to town. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The teenagers were downstairs and the kiddos upstairs with the parents. There were plenty of towels. Absolutely relaxed and enjoyed our stay.
