Summary: My only issue was google maps took us to the wrong address! Contacting the owner was a breeze and she was so helpful. Home was clean and everything we needed for the night. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Summary: Cute little house in a very quiet location. Make sure you look into distance of things in the area because it is very remote. Also, if bringing your pet note that a dog from a neighboring property comes to visit at night.

Summary: Five of us, 3 adults and 2 children, stayed here for a funeral. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer, and be together in the same spot. The fire pit and tree swings were perfect for evening family time. The beds were very comfy, and there were many pillows to choose from. The layout of the house was a bit challenging with the only bathroom being inside one of the bedrooms. There’s also no outlets in the bathroom which proved difficult for getting ready. There are no doors on the bedrooms, but curtains are utilized across the door frames for some privacy. AC is via window units which worked well. Internet was spotty. Enough for TV but not enough for my husband to work on his laptop; he had to go to a co-work space in Effingham. I did buy hand soap as it was nearly empty, and extra wash cloths and hand towels as the ones provided were minimal and in very poor condition. Overall we had a good experience and would stay again. These are just things I thought future guests would find helpful to know when planning their stay. I had good communication with the host. The house was clean and in a very good location for the funeral. We were so grateful not to have to stay far away from where we needed to be.
