Positive: It's like a whole house but in miniature. The great thing is that this is not in someone's backyard like all the silly airbnb's - it's more of a separate property with its own entrance and parking. It has all you need, is cozy and heating works reasonably well. The upstairs "living room" with comfy sofa is surprisingly usable. Perhaps if you were picky, a hotel-quality mattress would put it over the top.

Negative: Really no complaints. For some it may be too far out in the sticks, but for us with our own transport this wasn't a problem - on the contrary we enjoyed the quiet.

Summary: Like living in your own house, but in miniature!
