Summary: Une semaine du 10 07 2010 au 17 07 2010 avec temps variable.Un bel appartement, confortable,lumineux et bien équipé.Idéal pour des grands parents et deux petits enfants de 4 et 7 ans.Trés proche de la plage permettant de s'y précipiter à pied dés que le temps le permet et d'aller rechercher sans problème l'objet oublié dans l'appartement.Idem pour apprécier les heures tardives ou trés matinales des marées basses et la peche des crevettes ou la récuperation des lignes de fond.Expérience à renouveler lors des prochaines grandes marées.Environnement trés calme Place reservée pour le véhicule....Rapport prix prestation excellent .A recommander pour tout le monde.

Summary: Partis pour une semaine de repos avec notre petite fille de 3ans, nous avons passé un séjour sans nuages ... au propre comme au figuré ! En effet, nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un temps superbe et quant à l'appartement, difficile de trouver mieux ! Aucune critique à formuler : situé au 1er étage d'une résidence CALME et récente, il est clair, spacieux, parfaitement agencé et équipé, exposé au sud (idéal), très propre. La terrasse, le parking privatif et l'ascenseur sont des "plus" appréciables. Enfin, le propriétaire nous a "séduits" par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Dès la fin du séjour, nous avons su et décidé que nous y reviendrions ! Notre petite fille a beaucoup apprécié d'avoir sa propre chambre et la proximité de la mer (50 m).

Summary: Avons fortement apprécié le confort de l'appartement alors que ma compagne attendait un heureux événement survenu depuis. Les équipements de l'appartement sont appréciables pour passer un séjour très confortable et reposant. Elle a été ravie de pouvoir déjeuner sur la terrasse, au calme, au soleil, avec la vue sur la mer et les dunes. La proximité immédiate à pied du centre ville et des plages ont été un atout supplémentaire lors de notre choix. A recommander sans réserve.
