Summary: Excellent location, pebble beach just across the road. Fantastic view from the terrace, we had all breakfastscthere, but marked traffic noise. Quiet though in the bedrooms located on the backside. . No air condition but portable , efficient fans. Ok Wifi, but no connection at the terrace because the router is at the back. Well equipped kitchen, huge fridge/freezer. Excellent communication with the owner and tasty welcome gifts. We would love to come back.

Summary: Having two balconies was great as we could see the mountains from the bedrooms and the sea from the lounge . Kitchen was very well equipped and the double bed was large and comfortable... there is plenty of cupboard space! We paid for a ‘linen’ package including towels because we were flying and then discovered we owned the towels !!!! However we still had to fly home so couldn’t bring them all back !! Overall our stay was a great success and we hope to return in the autumn... madame la concierge was very friendly and helpful ! The Piccadilly restaurant round the corner is very good , serving good French and Italian food! If you like steak tartare that’s the place to go !! There are so many places to visit in the area you need longer than a week : a car is not necessary as the local buses and trains are very efficient.

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in Roquebrune during the Lemon Festival. The flat was perfect for us and our 15 year old son. We loved the walk along the front from Menton to Cap Martin. The view from the balcony over the beautiful sea was incredible - we had breakfast and lunch outside most days! The location was great with local shops nearby. We hope to stay again in Mme Haguet's flat as it is so comfortable and has a homely feel. Merci!

Summary: This is a wonderful apartment located perfectly on the seaside and with a beautiful view. It gives you many possibilities to enjoy a good stay on the Cote d'Azur. You can easily go to the beach but also go to all the cities in the neigbourhood by taking the train from the station only a 2 minute walk away. The rooms in the apartment are big and clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. Also the big balcony on the seaside is very nice. We stayed with our little daughter and the neigbourhood offers plenty of opportunities to have fun with children as well. Therefore we had a great time and plan to go back here!
