Positive: excellent cost performance. An elevator to carry heavy luggages. The rooms are capaciousness.
Negative: Public parking lot is not close to the apartment, especially when you carry 4 luggages.

Positive: The instructions we got where very helpfull, specialy for the parking. Also the handling with key was easy. Besides a mail there was no contact to the landlord and the mails were in french, was ok for us. The appartement was clean and big, the beds were comftable. There was nothing to complain about. The house has a elivator. Convinient is the carrefour next to the appartement. About the location i can't say anything, we just were there for a stop on our way home.
Negative: The mails were just in french, for me alone google Translate would have done the trick. The hallway of the house was a bit smelly.

Positive: It's a beautiful apartment, a great location and very well equipped except for the beds. Springs need to be changed.
Negative: It was very extremely durty. It's like the apartment was not cleaned for weeks, except the beds. Even the towels were wet with a horrible smell. I called the owner and she brought new towels but like brand new and we needed to start to put them in the washing machine. Under the sink in the kitchen were very bad smelling also the table cloth and we pout it in the garbage. The fridge was durty, and all the dust. We started to clean the apartment with our arrival. Also, there was a big noise in the hallway between the rooms, and the bathroom smelled also very bad of humidity. The closet in the hallway was full of all kinds of boxes, and it was a big mess... Bathroom had a broken draws. I sent the owner many photos. Even the toilet paper holder was durty. It's really like someone just left in a hurry and rented out the apartment with only clean beds... It is very much a shame because the apartment is beautiful and perfectly located. They promised me 50£ off next time we will see how that will be, I am very often in Orléans. Very disappointed about the cleaning.

Positive: The location was great, just outside the beautiful old town, a 5-minute walk, and next to a Carrefour.
Negative: The apartment was very musty-smelling when we entered. Once we opened the windows it smelled better but the apartment definitely had a bad smell. The foyer where we collected the key smelled of urine- very of putting.
