Summary: We loved the apartment - it was very comfortable, well equipped, attractive, peaceful and in a wonderful location. We loved just sitting, post evening meal, on the balcony enjoying the night sky. The apartment looks out on Superbagneres and mountains behind and the lovely ridge towards the west of Luchon which were just a pleasure to look at. Convenient location, the town is 5 to 10 minutes of pleasant walking away. Luchon is a friendly, easy going old spa town with oldish charm merging nicely with the new and just makes it a place that you feel you you would like to come back to. We did numerous fantastic walks, all but one were all easily within 30 minutes drive from Luchon - it really does have it all on it’s doorstep. The apartment was a lovely cool relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. The hosts Mary and Francois are so generous and thoughtful. Superb all round many thanks to them. We will return.
