Negative: The hole in the ceiling was leaking water, and the cleaning staff when I arrived was a bit sarcastic and unfriendly. Made it very clear that the home may not be ready. By check-in time of 4pm.

Positive: Great location, it was really cozy for my husband and I my nine-year-old daughter and my mother… It was really nice to be walking distance to a grocery store and some different places to go to for food and also has exceptional access to the beach! The customer service was great!

Negative: The TVs were really hard to figure out at first and unfortunately there was an issue with the hot tub where we were not able to use it, but they did give us a refund because the issue happened after we had already paid for our stay. The kitchen is very cramped for more than one person to walk inside to cook. It wasn’t really the cleanest in the kitchen. We had to rewash a lot of the silverware and glasses. It’s an older house that definitely needs a little bit of renovation done

Positive: Cozy and adorable. Easy to follow most instructions. Hot tub was nice. Nice to know we can call anytime.

Negative: I noticed cobwebs on ceilings and dust around bed boards. Two lightbulbs were out in BR upstairs. Toilets were slow. I wanted to pay fusbal but only figured out it where it was on the 4th day. Also hot tub turn off instructions were not clear.
