Positive: Good location - close to Taoyuan night market, Green pharmacy and many other shops. Easy to find, many bus stops around and close to airport.

Negative: Some staff a bit unapproachable. Limited options in the breakfast table, toaster's very slow and maybe some food description will help especially for those with dietary restrictions.

Positive: Well located and clean hotel that is great for a short stay. We had a long layover and a flight out the next morning. It took us about 30 minutes by Taxi to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean and easily accessible. The night market is nearby, along with some parks and ample restaurants. Most signs and menus are in Mandarin Chinese so keep that in mind. Using a translator app seems to be a social norm for tourists and locals to communicate. I also liked the mini balconies on each floor that you could go out to for some fresh air.

Negative: I didn't like that there wasn't a window in the room. It seems there are some rooms with windows and many without.

Positive: The location was great, near to night markets and a less touristic area. Close to the airport making it ideal for a short trip. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly when checking in.

Negative: The breakfast was lacking and could be improved.

Negative: The reception girls seemed angry, no smiles, no greetings, head down, focused on a cell phone. Not very inviting. Doesn't cost anything to bring some professionalism. Would've stayed a week longer, but moved to a different hotel.

Positive: I suggest to have more option of Breakfast. The location is convenient. I booked two rooms (one Standard Room and one Family Room). During our first night, both rooms had air-conditioning issues, it was extremely hot. The staff recommended that we transfer to other rooms, and we did but only the standard room. Thankfully, the air-conditioning in the new rooms was working well. But the other room my Family did not transfer they stick in the Family room and still hoping the aircon will be working. I was pleasantly surprised to find that by the second day, the air-conditioning in the original Family Room was already fixed and functioning properly. I’m very impressed with how seriously the staff took our complaints and how quickly they acted. Thank you to all the staff for your immediate response and excellent service!
