Positive: The house is big. Four good size bedrooms. Bathrooms clean and more than acceptable but slightly dated. Lots of living space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked, clean and usable (there was a great coffee station). Location near the lake is great. There is lake access.
Negative: No material issues or complaints.
Summary: Relaxing space to vacation near Lake Tahoe. Close to skiing and more. Very enjoyable.

Positive: Our family enjoyed hanging around by the fireplace. We had plenty of room for 7 of us. Thankful that our dog could be included.
Negative: I have never had to vacuum a house before leaving. This was because of the dog but we have rented other houses and had dogs there too. The upstairs shower was either very hot or very cold. No kleenex? The downstairs insuite room did not have a garbage cabin the room or in the bath.

Positive: Auto check-in is convenient, the host is very responsive via texting, the property is in good condition, and everything works as expected. The kitchen is great, very functional and clean. I talked to Lori about check-out time; she was accommodating and gave us an extra hour.
Negative: I'd like to see a bit earlier check-in, like 2 pm, and a later check-out, like 11 a.m.
