Perfect for couples, business travelers and small families who need easy access to the downtown Columbia area. We're adjacent to the famous "Cockabooses" on RR tracks that run next to the complex. Onsite Tailgate area with SS gas grills, pool & jacuzzi with 2 bigscreen TVs. Other amenities include a fitness center, social room(with TV & Kitchen), gated parking garage and onsite security.

Summary: We rented this property for football season. We loved the location. The owner Dane was great to work with and very informative. The instructions for checking in and out were very detailed. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Summary: My girlfriend and I stayed in a lovely condo within walking distance of the football stadium. We were in town for the USC/Florida football game and to check out Columbia as a potential retirement home. The condo was spacious and had a nice view of the pool area. Our host could not have been more gracious in assisting us. We would highly recommend the condo, especially if your plans include a USC football game.
