Negative: Reception staff did not spontaneously provide public bath (2nd floor) information nor advise the pin code for access. I had to ask after noticing the public bath option was available.

Summary: Nice location for visit to Takarazuka Grand Theater.

Positive: Across street from Hankyu and JR Stations. Clean hotel with spacious lobby and friendly staff. Good value. I definitely stay again.

Negative: Bed not very comfortable but ok. Air conditioner takes long time to cool the room.
