Positive: The house itself is gorgeous. The aesthetic is quite you unique with simple rustic furniture and fascilities. The balcony offers a gorgeoud view of the ocean as well.
Negative: Each room where a guests might rest ( bed, living, kitchen etc) should have enough fans to keep that room cool. There is no aircon and so you are really dependent on the strength of the fans. It got quite overwhelming at times even when they were on. Another issue that must be fixed is the fact that the internet was not reliable at all. We didn't have internet for 4 days and were unable to communicate with anyone unless we drove 25mins back to the city to go to a hotel for a meal or a drink. The wifi service must be guaranteed, I appreciate the idea of being able to disconnect, but without wifi its impossible to even check the weather to plan your day, make reservations or even communicate with the hotel to request missing items or help.

Positive: The views are incredible and you can hear the ocean all throughout the property. You need to request if you want breakfast beforehand, which we didn't realize but was not a big deal we went out for breakfast.
Negative: The downstairs room didn't have great airflow and there was no fan and we couldn't get one because "maintenance" was closed when we arrived at 8:00pm so it was very hot, but the upstairs was great.

Positive: The house is beatiful and has a wonderful seaview. Too big just for 1 person but it was the only available by the time i went there. Perfect for a family of 4 or a group of friends. The kitchen is spacious and well equiped to cook. The bedrooms have queen size beds...plenty of space and well cleaned sheets and towels. Definitly will come back
