Positive: Host is friendly and left us some breakfast items in the fridge (eggs, yogurt, juice, fresh fruits); the room is literally the attic of someone’s house; we left behind something in the room and the host let us know as soon as they found it, unfortunately we weren’t able to go back to retrieve it; the room has a sizable terrace/balcony with chairs, you can kind of see the ocean in the distance, if you choose to you can get to the beach in a short amount of time too

Negative: Didn’t realize there were chickens and roosters right next door, so they woke us up around 5:50am…you can hear other animals too, birds, dogs, cat, etc

Positive: This place shows how attention to detail and accumulation of doing all the little things so well creates a fantastic experience; well done to our host! The perfect stop off after driving from Kalamata to visit the Temple of Apollo Epicurius at Bassae and Ancient Olympia. Clear, secure instructions for access to this quaint farm flanked setting. Our host briefly, warmly welcomed us to point us up the spiral staircase... this room was more than we hoped for and expected. Very clean, modern where essential whilst keeping a traditional feel without being dated. A well designed space, beautiful balcony through mirrored glass and we were lucky enough to catch a greek Sunset. Host provided plenty of snacks and supplies which were welcomed and extensively enjoyed - best of all, the eggs from the chickens you could see running around in the farm. Highly recommend staying here! Communication beforehand was excellent.

Negative: There's a little trepidation of what to expect when approaching; you park next to a building that is vacant and slightly run down. But this only serves to elevate the impression once you actually enter the accommodation, which isn't to be faulted!

Positive: The apartment was very nice and cozy. It was well-equipped and everything was very well thought out. The breakfast was delicious. The beach was about a 15-minute walk away or just a few minutes by car. I can recommend Takis' Attic without hesitation. Thanks a lot for the nice stay and warm welcome!

Positive: The owners went out of their way with extra amenities to make our stay great. Free breakfast with eggs from their chickens. The apartment was up a circular stairs so hard with suitcases. Beautiful newly decorated upstairs. Nice people.
