This guest suite was built onto the back of our house and offers a private entrance and driveway located in the Lake Magdalene area. Access to Interstate 275, shopping and dining all nearby.
Each bedroom offers a comfy queen bed.
Microwave Convection Oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker, dual Hot Plate, Crockpot, pots/pans, toaster and utensils provided.
Free WiFi plus ethernet port as well.
65" smart TV with Roku and local channels.

Centrally Located within 15 minutes of Raymond James Stadium (Tampa Bay Bucs), Steinbrenner (Yankess) Stadium, Downtown Tampa, USF (University of South Florida), UT (University of Tampa), Ybor City, Busch Gardens, VA hospital, Hard Rock Casino, Lowry Park Zoo, Amalie Arena (Tampa Bay Lightning), Amphitheater, cruise ship terminals, Florida Aquarium, Side Splitters Comedy. The Beaches are within 45 minutes. Restaurants and grocery within 5 minute drive.
No parties allowed.
Due to having an attached unit, we ask guests to be respectful of quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Bookings for over 29 days will require a signed lease.

Summary: Super clean. Well stocked with the essentials. Quiet neighborhood. I only have one recommendation. Please add a privacy curtain to the front door. With the bathroom being right next to the front door a lot of people might come out of the bathroom in thier monkey suit and would appreciate a bit of privacy. 10 out 10. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We needed a place for a few nights due to a minor surgery in Tampa. I wanted to feel at home, and The Suite was a perfect, immaculate, and comfortable place. Check-in was a breeze, and communication was optimal. There were no issues to report during our stay. All appliances were new and of great quality. I couldn't have asked for more. Michael's Cafe was a mile and a half away and had amazing food, and there was a Publix right down the street. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: We rented this for my daughter and her family to stay in for a week while they were visiting from VA. They could not stop talking about how nice it was. It was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It was also very quiet. We will definitely use this place again if the need arises

Summary: The landlord was very responsive and accommodating. The suite provided us with a nice stay with almost everything we could need for the 4 nights. Our only complaint was that neither bedroom had a TV. However, this was not a make or break since there was a large TV in the dining/family area. Overall, it was much better than staying at a hotel and was reasonably priced.
