Positive: Spa gym and friendly staff
Negative: I only seen one vegetarian hot meal on the last evening meal which was vegetable lasagne the rest of the week was salad pizza and chips sometimes soup to however the last 2 nights were fish. I guess It’s great for a meat eater as an abundance of hot meat and hot meat dishes that are available to them.

Positive: It was well located, close to the beach, and the city center of Magaluf. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. You can also use the facilities such as the pool, pool table (paid), ping pong, and bocci.
Negative: The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Some breakfast options did not feel so fresh. A mini fridge would have come in handy to keep the water cool.

Positive: Very good and diverse breakfast and dinner options for the money we payed Close to the beach
Negative: The walls are very thin, so depending on what type of "neighbors" you might have, you might have issues getting a proper rest.

Positive: Hotel is big, room size is ok, the pool is also decent. Breakfast and dinner buffet has a lot of options, the location is also good, very close to the beach, bus station and bars/restaurants but no noise at night from outside. Magaluf strip and BMC club is less than 10 min away. For those who have a late flight, you can use facilities after the check out and they offer you a room with shower to take a shower and change before you go to the airport. Staff is also very nice and helpful.
Negative: The hotel is dated, rooms are old and the walls are very thin, you can hear everything what is happening in the other room, so people coming back late from the party can easily wake you up at 4 am, as it happened to us. No free water at dinner buffet, which was strange.

Positive: The location is good. The beaches are close, about 10 minutes away. The people working at reception are very pleasant.
Negative: Breakfast is the same every day. For dinner, drinks are not included — if you want something to drink, you have to pay, even for a glass of water. The food is nice, but honestly nothing special. The hotel needs renovation, the rooms are old. You can hear everything from the other rooms. There isn’t even a small fridge in the room. The bed is not a double, but two smaller mattresses pushed together. All in all, it’s not that bad, but the hotel is more for just spending the night.

Positive: HSM Don Juan is definitely good value for the money. The breakfast was tasty, and it had a lot of options to choose from. The room we stayed in was clean, and everything worked. The AC is nice, and the beds could be more comfy. The walls are thin, and you can hear someone snoring next door, which is unpleasant. The staff could also be more friendly. There is a big parking lot across from the hotel which is free and there is always parking which is just perfect. Overall a nice stay.
Negative: As I mentioned, the thin walls through which you hear someone watching TV or snoring or whatever. The beds are not the comfiest. As I also noted, there is a male receptionist whose name starts with an "R" who can be more friendly.
Summary: Enjoyable overall.
