Summary: I have been going to this hotel for the past 8 years. It is sad to see that it has not been maintained at all. The carpets need upgrading, the rooms need new paint, the washrooms have rusted mirrors, and the cabinets are all chipped. This is no longer a 5-star hotel. Also, the lovely breakfast buffet now has these horrible machines that do coffee and sludge water for tea, forcing the client to get their coffee/tea but delivering badly tasting water and coffee. Why would you place two of those machines in a 5-star hotel? TThe breakfast bufeet is no onger an mazing buffett. This used to be such a good hotel, and now it is just another normal, shittified hotel. This no longer represents Chinses hospitality. Shame on you
