Positive: The location was great, nice and quiet which is what we wanted. The cottage was clean and very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to us very well.
Negative: The only let down was the fact that we found the living room very dark and we had to keep the lights on during the day. This was due to the style of the cottage and by no means the fault of the owners.

Positive: The hosts are lovely. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely welcome. The attention to detail at the property showed a thoughtful conversation of the stables retaining its original character. Beautifully laid out with everything you need for self catering. Immaculately clean and very cosy. We loved the remote location. Perfect for relaxation. Easy travel to local places.

Positive: If you are looking for total peace and quiet - book this gem immediately . We stayed in the hayloft . I cannot speak highly enough of the location . The cottage itself is perfect for 2 . All the amenities needed . Super comfy bed and hot powerful shower. Zero noise or light pollution . A plethora of Red Kites which was beautiful to see. So many areas of outstanding beauty and walks . The hosts Sally and Paul were there to greet us and go through everything . They even left a lovely treat pack for our dog . My only complaint about this place is we had to leave . We will definitely book again - but for longer

Positive: The hosts Sally and Paul met us on arrival and told us all the relevant information we needed for our stay. They were very helpful in giving advice on to where to go in the area whilst we were there. The cottage was beautiful and very comfortable the shower especially was excellent. It had everything we needed and the little personal touches from milk in the fridge on arrival to flowers on the table and little personalised dog treat bags just finished it off nicely. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of space for the car and an enclosed little garden with beautiful views over the valley.
Negative: The only thing I would say is the signage at the bottom of the lane for Tanyresgair cottages is extremely small and easily missed especially if it was dark or you were coming a different direction not off the main road.
Summary: Beautiful, comfy, relaxing and wish I'd booked longer!
