La Bella vita is a brand new house Italian modern style situated on a beautiful swallow carribean beach 3 miles from the beautiful village of Tarpum bay. Located on a gently dune slopes directly on the beach you can enjoy the endless wiev of the multicolor sea from all the rooms of these house. The house is very spacious and modern and can accomodate confortable until 7 people. The interior design is a compromise between comfort and elegance, a house is available to couples who want to live romantic moments as a honey moon the family with children or group of friends who want to have fun and relax together in beach games watching the sunset in the hot tub or by the sea.
The villa is large and has space for all your needs; the two main bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor patio, the beach and a beautiful sea view. The master suite, with king size bed, complete with a private bathroom with glass shower and tub with Jacuzzi bath and closet.
On the other side of the house, to look after your privacy, we have another suite, with king size bed, with direct access to the outside facing the sea and another room with two twin beds and another bathroom with shower.
At the entrance there is a large open space with kitchen, living room and HD TV last model 46 inches, with the possibility to connect your own USB stick with your favorite film.
The kitchen is fully equipped, is a gourmet Italian cuisine, also it provided a dishwasher.
There is also a room with washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
The house has a small patio overlooking the garden with chairs suitable for reading and a large patio 30 feet from the sea, on the beach; outside you will find a large table with chairs, sun beds, a barbecue and a Hot Tub to 6 people, multicolored; you can sip your wine directly from here.
There is also beach toys for children, two kayaks, one paddleboard and two bodyboard.
The house has Wifi and the phone, fans and air conditioning in all rooms.
We have a car available from January 2017 on request.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen equipment, such as pots, pans, and cooking utensils probably need replacement. Great view of the Caribbean right at our back door. We would definitively go back.

Summary: The house had everything you would need except Wi-Fi. But we didn’t miss it with the beach right outside. They even provide sunscreen. And the book with all the local info is helpful. AC worked great. If you want a private laid back place this is it.

Summary: Awesome beach house on the carribean. Comfortable beds, and great view. Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful. Internet wasn’t great but that is likely more a function of the island telecommunication systems, rather than the beach house internet plan. We loved the outdoor shower!

Summary: Our family of four just enjoyed an eight night stay at la Bella Vita. The house had everything we needed and the beach area in the back was amazing and one of the prettiest places on the island, and we explored a lot of the island! If you want privacy this is the place for you! We spent a lot of time in the water and on the beach. We snorkeled each day and always found new things! Plenty of sand dollars and star fish could be found, but we also saw rays, lobsters, sea urchins, conch, and exotic fish. And I’ve never seen a beach with so many seashells. Truly amazing! We brought most of the food we would need from the US, and I made most of our meals at the house. I could find all the prep and cooking items I needed or I could easily modify what I used with what was available at the house. We loved our stay and will recommend la Bella Vita to friends!

Summary: Our stay at La Bella Vita was amazing! We had a slight issue with our rental car the first day, but the property manager and owner were extremely helpful and responsive. The house is located in a great spot on the island - close to many beaches and restaurants! We so enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back soon!

Summary: Our first trip to Eleuthera and this was the perfect spot! If you’re looking for a private location with an incredible beach, this is the home to book! Perfect amenities inside and outside the home. Rent a car and enjoy the island. 1648 was our favorite place to eat by far…Neeks was amazing as well but is cash only. Safety was never a concern anywhere we went, especially in the home. We will be booking again shortly! Thanks again

Summary: Just spent the most wonderful week relaxing and enjoying this slice of paradise. The villa was equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Floats, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, paddle board, chairs, umbrella, and a fishing rod we’re all provided. The hot tub was perfect in the late afternoon. It was located near several good restaurants. The people of Eleuthera were amazing as always. Ken was readily available when we needed him. The property is exactly as described. I hate to give such a fabulous review, because I would love to keep this villa and island a secret. One of our best vacations ever. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: We were looking for a place to stay for a Sibling and Spouse getaway. We searched the VRBO site and found this house listed, but had to book it almost a year in advance because there wasn't a two week block available. One we got we knew why. The place is exactly what you dream of when thinking of a Bahama's getaway. Right on the beach with great rooms overlooking the ocean. Very clean and well maintained. the interaction with the host was seamless and any issues we had were quickly resolved (I couldn't figure out how to operate the Hot Tub). I'm already planning my next trip to the property with my extended family!

Summary: When we walked in we were blown away by the size of the home, how clean it seemed, and the view was absolutely incredible. It is the nicest beach of all the homes in the area, if not all of Tarpon Bay. There was plenty of water toys, including kayaks and a paddle board, and fishing equipment. Fishing in front isn't great but you can easily drive to beaches on the Atlantic side and fish. The book with everything you need to know about the home, the areas of the island, and thinks to do is great but needs to be updated as some places are closed and the charter fishing prices were way off. But that is the only negative thing I can say. We will definately be back!

Summary: My husband & I recently returned from a ten day stay at LaBella Vita. PROS: The owner was easy to communicate with & check-in was a breeze. The house is spacious & furnished nicely & clean upon arrival. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had ample space for preparing meals & all the appliances were in good working condition, including the gas grill. The deck was great for hanging out. The home generator was deeply appreciated when the power would go out. We had so much fun exploring the shoreline for sea life in the kayaks! We saw sand dollars, star fish, small sharks, stingrays, & fish right in front of the house. From the beach in the awesome Adirondack chairs, we marveled at the beautiful sunsets & spectacular constellations the sky offered at night. CONS: (Please note that none of the following would deter us from staying here again.) The non-stick cookware was in horrible condition & desperately needs replacing. The plastic cutting boards were unusable. The master bath was missing a shower door. The property mgr. was notified & we were told just to throw a towel on the floor to absorb the water. Despite following the instructions & contacting the property mgr., the hot tub never got above 89 degrees. Needless to say, we didn’t use it. The vehicle safety issues: Missing lug nuts on 3 of the wheels, rear tire leaking air, & brake system warning. We notified the property mgr & was told he would get a mechanic on it. Unfortunately, we never saw anyone come to check on it.
