Summary: Quiet apartment with a well-appointed kitchen (induction stove and dishwasher) in a beautiful, upscale 1890s neighbourhood. Just steps from the Federal Archives as well as the X11 bus connecting to the S-Bahn and the downtown.

Summary: Our family of three stayed in this flat for two weeks. It is exactly as advertised, very cosy and clean and it has everything one needs. It being winter, we much appreciated the underfloor heating. The kitchen is spacious with pretty china. Nice big fridge, too. A bit more space to put food wouldn't go amiss for people who stay longer and do their own cooking. The bathroom is large and really warm, and the bedroom also has a lot of space. In the living room you find an ordinary sofa and a sofa bed. Again, plenty of space. We didn't use the TV so can't comment on that. It would be nice to have a dedicated space to put things, like a cupboard or some drawers. It was very quiet in the flat, one could hear a robin sing outside (yes, in the middle of winter!). Because of the season and the terrible weather it was a bit gloomy but I imagine that in summer this is a leafy, cool haven of a place. The flat is very close to a bus stop. There is a bus every twenty minutes which connects to the S-Bahn, so one can be in the centre of Berlin in half an hour. Grocery shopping involves some walking and carrying if you don't have a car. There are a couple of restaurants and a very nice Kaffeehaus within walking distance. We mainly chose this accomodation because it is close to the centre of Zehlendorf where we needed to go every day. It was very good for our purpose. Oh, by the way, the host was really friendly and he answered our questions promptly. Thank you, Nils Crome!

Summary: This wonderful Wohnung was perfect for my stay. It was easy to access and it has everything that anyone would need for a comfortable stay in a beautiful area of Berlin. There is lots of space and the under floor heating was lovely. I can highly recommend a stay in this exceptional accommodation.

Summary: Very good property in a quiet and prosperous corner of south west Berlin along a road consisting of villas, cobbled roads and even gas street lamps on the adjoining side streets. All the rooms in the property (living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) were very clean and tidy and everything was easy to use. There are a couple of S-Bahn stations in the neighbourhood to get you into central Berlin and a number of local bus routes, supermarkets, various local shops and restaurants/cafés for meals or quick snacks during the daytime and evening. A very good choice if you want to enjoy the fast pace of central Berlin during the day and then benefit from a peaceful and relaxing evening. The only thing I missed was a toaster in the kitchen. Apart from that, everything was great.
