Summary: Needed this as we had a funeral in the area. Not there much but very comfortable to come home to. Electronic thermostat a little challenging for seniors, but good instructions and we made it work.

Summary: The house was nice and a good location for our needs. We had a pet so I liked the yard and privacy fence. One guest is in a wheelchair so there was some difficulty there. For those in a wheelchair so you know... The front door has one step so a portable ramp works fine. However, the only bedroom his chair could go in had a high bed, not a big deal, but the frame went almost to the floor. His Hoyer lift could not go under the bed so we had to leave his chair in the living room and wheel him in the lift and into the small corner room. A bit of a hassle but it worked. He got around the rest of the house just fine. He was even able to go out on the back patio, just not the yard. They worked with us on check out time to accommodate his wheelchair and his needs. The beds could have been softer. Otherwise the house was clean and had nice rooms It was a nice stay overall.

Summary: Everything was as depicted online. The overall stay was very nice. The one somewhat major issue is that when we first walked in we had to immediately open all the doors and windows due to the very strong "wet dog" smell.
