Newly renovated and fully equipped beach house in a super convenient and quiet location. 2 minutes walk to Ettalong Beach and is only a couple of houses from the start of the main street. Full size lounge room and additional dining room. The main bedroom and second bedroom consists of queen size beds. The back room has solid timber bunk beds. Sheridan linen, Dog friendly (pending owner approval) and a change table and a cot is also provided. 1.5 bathroom, large private entertainment area.

Newly renovated retro beach house in an awesome location.
Private entertainment area with a BBQ, outdoor seating for 8 and two reclining chairs to soak up the morning sun. Nice garden area.
New bathroom with a large modern glass shower. Second toilet at the back of the house.
Separate dining and living room. Stylish leather couch and two bean bags. Apple TV (streaming service not provided) and fast internet connection.
Main bedroom and second bedroom have new queen size mattresses. The main bedroom mattress is slightly softer than the second bedroom.
Super friendly kitchen, island bench with stool seating with all the standard kitchen items to make cooking and entertaining easy.
Polished floorboards and a bay window off the dining area.
Fully equipped laundry.
Carport and off street parking for two cars.
Heating in each room, ceiling fans in main bedroom and second bedroom and floor fan in bunk room. Large 9.4kW air conditioner which can cool and heat the entire house quickly.
Dog friendly (on approval by owner), change table and cot available.

Tayla's Beach House is in a super convenient and quiet location. Only 2 minutes walk to Ettalong Beach and 30 seconds walk to the start of the main street.
The back entertainment area is very private and well equipped, has a BBQ, outdoor seating for 8, sun lounge chairs and a nice garden outlook.
Ettalong Beach itself is a great family beach, it's calm, flat and has a large shallow sand bar. The Box Restaurant overlooks the beach and is a great vantage point to sit and have a coffee while watching the family play on the beach. A short 5 minute walk to the windsurf beach, followed by the dog beach (from the Box Restaurant). Umina surf beach another 5 minutes down the road from the Dog Beach.
Tayla's Beach House is well equipped, it's super clean and very well appointed.
Tayla's Beach House can accommodate a couple, two couples, two couples with two children, four friends or six if you share the queen beds. The house has a lovely feel too it and very comfortable.

We aim to accommodate guests with dogs, however reserve the right to accept or reject a booking pending dog type.
Pricing can be adjusted to accommodate varied guest numbers on request.
Security cameras are located at the property. They are not monitored. They are there for both yours and our piece of mind and insurance purposes. They will only be checked in the rare instance there is an issue. To date we have never needed to check them!!! Footage is automatically deleted on a rolling 14 day cycle. The back yard and entertainment area is not monitored in any way. Your privacy is very important to us and we would like to reassure you of our undertaking and commitment to this principle.
