Positive: The best location, with the most incredible view and sunsets. But better yet is Jerry, the owner, who has created such a warm and welcoming environment. The dogs, Grico, Una and Ocho and cat Kato are the best too! Cannot recommend staying here enough!!

Positive: Hands down the best spot in Lobitos. Jerry is a great guy and really made us feel at home. The place is really good value too. Thanks for an awesome and memorable stay!! Special shoutout to wee Greegsy (as we called him) the dog - what the little fella lacks in looks he makes up for in personality!! Definitely be back!! Cheers from Scotland

Positive: I loved everything there. The postion of the hostel is perfect to watch all the beaches and the waves. Our room had a beautiful view. We could easily get everything we need for surfing (boards, wetsuit, classes). But the best is the owner (Jerry). He is super helpful, caring and funny. He helpt us with everything and he makes you feel like home. We spend only one week but with the people there it directly felt super familiar. The hostel has space for yoga and the internet is good for working. I also liked the full equipped kitchen. It was perfect. We will come back!

Positive: It really is the best view in Lobitos! Jerry is a great host and very helpful, the house itself is very clean and modern and has a cool vibe. The rooms with balcony are looking directly at the surf spot and you have an amazing view across the whole bay. I spend a lot of time on that balcony and watched some amazing sunsets 🌅. To get to the spot you can quickly walk down a small path, it's very close. The WIFI is quite good and I was able to do some remote work. I hope to be back some day (hopefully with better waves 🙂).

Jerry was an incredibly accommodating host and was more than happy to answer all of our questions. The view from the house was outstanding and there was a really nice common area to hang out in during the day. We really enjoyed our time at Tayta and highly recommend staying here!

Jerry was an amazing host (he even drove us to the airport because the taxi drivers thought it was to early). The room and bathroom were very clean, all in all amazing value for money.
