This wonderful unit in the Tortuga Bay Resort with Ocean Views on the Ground Floor is a 25 Yard walk to the beach and was designed to feel like a real vacation. This condo is fully equipped with Dish Satellite, Apple TV, Laundry Room, fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, Viking gas stove and microwave.
Entering to a paradise, this condominium offers you the following:
Exquisitely furnished with high-end art from local artists, in the foyer is a love seat, credenza and round rustic wooden mirror, welcoming you to this unit.
Master suite with a King Size Bed, high headboard and Mexican print comforter and cushions, night stands w/night lamps on each side for a reading night. Also a 6-drawer dresser decorated with a delicate touch. The Master Bathroom within this bedroom, has a double vanity sink and large mirror, bath tub, shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom has a large sliding door which takes you to the main terrace where awaits lots of comfortable patio seating.
The second Master suite has a large King Size Bed, night stands with lamps on each side, colored comforter, armchair with a lamp stand with ceiling fan to cool the room (unit has A/C of course as well). The Second Master Bathroom also has a jetted tub, double vanity sink for him and her, large mirror, walk-in closet with locking safe for valuables and glass walk-in shower. Another large sliding glass door takes you to the terrace where awaits a large rustic sofa, patio set of love seat, two arm chairs and center tables.
Third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, armchair, night stand with a night lamp, lamp stand, coffee table and a wooden chocolate colored dresser. A large sliding glass door walks you to the terrace where awaits a patio set with a round table and four chairs w/cushions ideal to take a lunch or dinner under the ocean breeze.
Third full bathroom on hallway to be shared between guests, with a single vanity marble sink and shower.
The Laundry room equipped with a duplex washer and dryer.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: Viking gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, double door Sub-Zero refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, Pots, Pans and all necessities for cooks and chefs.
The Dining Area has a large, round dark wood custom built table, six cushioned chairs and a large chandelier, perfect for a beautiful dinner or game night.
The living area is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, ceiling fan, wall-mounted television,with Dish Satellite and Apple TV. A Large sliding door walks you to the terrace facing to the pool and short, flat walk to the beach. All windows on patio side have excellent ocean view. There is a private grilling area just 20 feet from the terrace with high-end gas grills and cooking area with sink for your use. They will be cleaned by staff after each use.
There is free, high speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, marble floors and Air Conditioning.

Summary: This complex and especially this condo are wonderful. The pools and beach are beautiful. San Jose so much better than San Lucas. This place was even better than the pictures. Had everything you needed. Well stocked. Beach towels and even a cooler to use. The patio was enormous and faced what was essentially your own small pool. The only negative was ongoing construction noise which I understand was worse during low season while we were there. Great grocery store within walking distance and a great restaurant just outside the gate.

Summary: The property was everything we had hoped and more. The location was phenomenal. We talked with those who live there and made friends with their dogs. We were so impressed, we are in contact with a real estate agent looking for our own piece of paradise.

Summary: The unit was beautiful. Everything as advertised. It was clean and well equipped. Have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is one of the best equipped kitchens I have seen. The only negative is the low light level in the kitchen. With every light on including under cabinet it was still quite low. The property and grounds is extremely nice. Walking right off our patio to one of the pools was great. Having security patrols on the property is also re-assuring. We would definitely stay here again. The reason for the one star on check in procedure is that when we arrived at the property at 5:30 PM there was no one in the tower to open the gate. We were not sure if we at the right property. We had to call property management who told us there SHOULD be someone in the tower to open the gate. After about a 20 minute delay the gate security guy showed up and opened up for us. No issues after that. We were not given a code for the gate keypad and we don't know if the code we found in the binder in the unit was current or not since when we subsequently came and went the "tower guy" was there to open the gate with a friendly wave. Just an FYI, the left side toilet seat bolt in the guest bath needs tightening or replacing. Just to re-state, a beautiful unit and property. Thanks!

Summary: Beautiful place with spectacular views of the beach and pool. Will definitely be coming back! Perfect for those who wanted to lye in the sun or on the beautiful patio which had views of the beach, ocean and pool. The only downside was the twin beds which weren't attached to the headboard and were very hard. Otherwise decorated beautifully!

Summary: its way way better! this is super convenient perfect place to stay. the beach is beautiful, close to absolutely everything, easy to find, very quiet and private. Check in was so perfect and all the other people staying there were so very nice as well! I cant wait to go back!

Summary: The unit we stayed in was wonderful! Beautifully furnished with a wonderful location. The check in service was easy and prompt. The security guard, Isidro was so helpful and nice! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet place but close to everything!

Summary: We enjoyed staying at Tortuga Bay. After being in Mexico City for a time, it was wonderful to spread out in the condo and relax by the pool and beach. We traveled all over Mexico for many years but had somehow never been to Los Cabos. Tortuga Bay was quiet, peaceful and perfect for resting. It's a residential place and pet friendly (for owners), so it was a plus to see some cute dogs. Definitely would go again.
