Negative: not impressed we saw negative comments about the internet issue and thought it would have been resolved since so many ppl had made complaints but yet we arrived and no internet. coming from overseas with limited access to internet due to mobile plan it was extremely disappointing, even the comment book in air bnb all said the same thing about each stay. false advertising they should say no internet at all, knowing this i would not have paid what i did for the stay.

Positive: 2nd stay in this property; very very nice, new home, with everything we want on site. Very clean comfortable property in a nice area.
Negative: Very nippy and frosty time of year, so electric blankets would be nice. We stayed at rwo other properties on our trip, with both having electric blankets. WIFI did not work. Rebooted a couple of times but it crashed, so gave up.
Summary: 2nd visit. We will be back.

Positive: This is a 10/10 property, in near new condition, with excellent facilities, and well located for our stay. We have stayed in a few locations world wide, and this property ranks with the best we have used. Neat, clean, tidy, with everything we needed. Double glazed, so no noise, and warm and cosy. Beds are very comfortable, and after a few days away we appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Thank you for allowing us the use of your property.
Negative: 3 TV remotes confused us a bit, but we eventually worked them out.
Summary: 10 out of 10 Property.

Negative: Oven doesn't work so hard to cook dinners. A little frustrating key wasn't available after many communications around the change of dates etc.

Positive: Beautiful home in a great location. Exactly as advertised.
Negative: There was hair in the bath and shower. Missed the toiletries. No fault of the host, I didn't read the descriptions thoroughly and assumed shampoo, conditioner and body wash would be available.

Positive: The rooms are big enough and the house is sitting at a good location. It is very easy to go every where is Napier and Hastings.
Negative: The wifi didnt work. I have contacted the host and didnt get a solution. If the wifi is working, it will become a perfect place to stay.
