The House now incorporates a two bedroom flat;
so we now sleep 30 guests.
There are 9 shower rooms (4 en suite)
Three kitchens with induction ceramic hobs
Three dish washers, 4 fridges , freezer and chest freezer, washing machine.
Three lounges , dining room, breakfast bars.
BUT still the famous ' Boogy' Room with Karaoke

The house is superbly suited for family holidays or occasions be it wedding parties or to celebrate a special birthday. The house is full of character and luxuriously finished to ensure an enjoyable holiday whether for a short break or longer and is a superb base for a family holiday and ideal touring location.

Summary: There was a large group of us for a 70th Birthday. On arrival the house was amazing and only got better over the weekend. Plenty of space, boogie room and karaoke was so much fun. Lounge big enough to accommodate us all for games. Will definitely be back

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Telford Manor for my wife’s 40th birthday party. Tam and Christine were great hosts, always happy to answer any questions and left a lovely welcome hamper of sweets, cakes, Prosecco and also set up some birthday banners.The place itself was massive and well equipped for a large group gathering, it had all the amenities required, the kitchens were well stocked and all the bedrooms were lovely.We all loved the party room with the karaoke machine Great location, easy to locate and only a 5 min drive into Moffat.A big thank you to Tam and Christine for your hospitality and for making us all feel welcome, we hope to return again soon

Summary: Fantastic weekend spent with Family and Friends celebrating my husbands 40th Birthday. The house is massive and had plenty of room and amenities for everyone.Massive thank you to Chris for organising all of the birthday banners, balloons, cakes , sweets, crisps and welcome packs. Those extra touches made all the difference. It really was a great spot for celebrating with 20 of our nearest and dearest. We all took a walk to the local pub for a big lunch. We booked the large space and pre ordered our meals and the service and food was great. Highly recommend the steak and black pudding pie. Perfwct

Summary: We had a wonderful family gathering here. The hosts left us the most amazing welcome package. Oodles of fridges and freezers. Big lounge with comfy seats for socialising and great dining kitchen for everyone. Would definitely book again

Summary: Property was amazing. Photos on VRBO do not do the house justice. We did not expect the large communal areas. the welcome package was amazing. will 100% be using this again next year. very well equipped.

Summary: This property was everything we needed and more. Our group of 25 loved every minute of our stay and at no point were we on top of each other, the pictures do not reflect the sheer size and space inside this wonderful house and would happily recommend to anyone wanting a large family gathering. The host was lovely and friendly from speaking on the phone to arrange check in and then getting a full tour when we arrived, the welcome hamper that was left for us was such a welcome suprise and a touch everyone was grateful for. We will most certainly be booking another weekend stay here
