Summary: From the moment I saw the pictures online I knew my family and I had to experience this lovely property! Upon arrival it was more appealing than the pictures could reveal. If you’re looking for a quiet tucked away paradise then look no further! The hosts (Mark and Mary) are gifts from God and I don’t say that lightly. Just go ahead and reserve…it doesn’t get any better than this! Clean, cozy, comfortable, at home feeling with that classic country touch. Perfection!

Summary: My wife and I have stayed in many houses and cottages around the world and this place would be one of our favorite. The host Mary and Mark treated us like old friends and were so welcoming to us and ours two grandchildren. I would have to say it was one of the best experiences in a vacation rental we have every had. The house and the park like setting was one of the most beautiful we have stayed at. We went to see the total eclipse of the sun on 04-08-2024 and enjoyed the stay immensely. We would go back just for the cottage and the quiet setting.

Summary: This place is just special! It’s a short drive to everything Waco has to offer or the perfect place to stay in and do nothing. The owners have literally thought of everything and were a joy to meet! We came for a girls trip but now I’m ready to bring my husband back for some alone time. Just book it, it’s a gem.

Summary: This absolutely charming cottage lived up to all its excellent reviews and then some! The cottage is thoughtfully designed, attractively furnished, and meticulously kept. We were privileged to meet the owners, Mark and Mary, when we arrived and they are delightful and gracious hosts. The home has inviting sitting areas, both inside and outside, perfect for relaxing. The property surrounding the cottage is lovely and peaceful. We greatly appreciate Mark and Mary's thoughtfulness in making our stay so pleasant and we would highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

Summary: What a beautiful and enchanting cottage, set in a storybook setting. Mark and Mary were delightful and so welcoming. Every detail was perfectly appointed. The cottage was absolutely spotless with wonderful bedding. Celebrating our 52nd Anniversary, we were surprised with champagne and a delicious cake. Don’t hesitate to book this perfect cottage. Summary: This property is even more beautiful and wonderful than pictures can express. Everything is exactly what we had hoped for. The property owners are so wonderful and think of every single thing you might need. We were facing bad weather and graciously let us check in 30 min early and were just lovely to chat with. The beds are super comfortable and rhe patios are the best way to spend your morning coffee. I highly recommend and would stay again and again.

Summary: The property is immaculate, inside and outside. Private, well appointed, comfortable, easy access to Waco but off the beaten path. We will look to stay here again next time we come. Wouldn’t change anything about it.
