Summary: Was a nice place to stay. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and the mineral spa pool was amazing. The only reason I couldn’t give it an excellent was because the cooling system was very noisy and there were very few outlets in the room for phones etc. the one on the bedside clock did not allow me to charge my phone and watch.

Summary: The service was friendly, room was clean and the pool area well maintained. The rooms although have been renovated, furniture has not and thus shows aging sings. Common areas carpet show signs of tear and wear and are in need to be renovated soon. Hotel is one block away of Main Street which provides a variety of options for dinner and shopping. Overall our stay was great, relaxing with a vintage feeling.

Summary: The best words I can use is a “series of unfortunate events.” For $200 I would expect a more modern room at the very least! There was broken glass in the parking lot. Housekeeping staff took the cake with ultimately us leaving saying we won’t be coming back to stay here again. Would anyone want to buy my gift certificates for this place? I have 2. The pool is decent other than the construction going on outside which in itself isn’t so relaxing but is understandable in summer. The entire experience was just a series of unfortunate events - not the relaxing time we were anticipating.

Summary: Our room was dated compared to the photos we saw online. The metal interior door handle to our room actually bent/cracked in half but nothing was done about it when we told maintenance. Reception checking in and out was less than enthused we were there but it was fine. Service in the restaurant and the food itself was fantastic! The pool and spa staff were extremely uptight avout us drinking from a plastic water bottle or their plastic cuos with water anywhere near the pool!! Very annoying especially for guests with anxiety that need a water bottle or water to drink as a crutch. Definitely ruined our enjoyment of the pool with their constant beratement. For the price, we would expect a bit nicer updated room and a cleaner balcony and furniture in the room.

Summary: Amazing pool, hotel is older showing its age. Beds not the greatest but decent. Property was just over priced. It’s similar to a 3* but with a 5* pool

Summary: Overall we had a nice stay, the pool was wonderful and we were really happy with that aspect. The room needed some updates and it was unfortunate that our couples massage appointment got canceled at the last minute.
