Summary: We only stayed one night on our way to Shannon airport. Location was great - in the centre of town. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable

Summary: My wife and I arrived for a 3 night stay. The hotel was spotless. The staff at reception were so friendly and professional. We booked a Deluxe room which was fantastic and absolutely spotless. We ate at the hotel for 2 nights and found the food and service excellent. The breakfast was equally as good.. the hotel is situated 2 mins from main shopping . The other night we ate in a pub called Knox's. .Staff were super and food also. Lovely Hotel and great spot for turning.

Summary: The staff were incredibly kind and assisted me with the local bus and train timings, even flagging that bus fare is cash-only and they broke my large bill. Top notch service from everyone that I interacted with at the hotel. It was very humid and although there is no a/c, my room had a fan. The bed was very comfortable and it was one of the most spacious rooms I stayed in Scotland. The bathroom was extremely clean. The pub is great and has live musicians playing traditional music. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Hotel was very nice with history to it. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast spread in the morning. Easy to park in the lot by the hotel. Our room was a bit plain, but we were visiting Cliffs of Moher and did not mind a more simple room.

Summary: Lovely hotel, seemed to cater for everyone, from couples on a short stay to wedding parties. Very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location for Ennis town centre and the surrounding area. Nice entrance and reception, nice lounges and bar and the breakfast was huge and sets you up for the day. Free parking directly outside. Would recommend and will return.

Summary: Very friendly staff. We arrived early morning after an overnight flight. They were kind enough to find an available room and let us check-in by 9:30 for a much needed nap. Comfortable rooms, great location. Only downside is that the bathtubs are high sided making it a bit tricky to get in and out of for a shower.

Summary: Very convenient to centre of town of Ennis. Beds , pillows very comfortable, bedlinen perfect. Very clean. Good breakfast. Staff of breakfast room, just the person who served me - She needs training on serving, ie how to put the plates of food on table to guests. Thats the big thing I noticed.
