Positive: Outstanding host, villa was clean and well equipped for family. nice and peaceful location.

Negative: There were problems with the pool that the host continued to try and rectify. there was some sand in the pool that the filters didn't seem to take out (something to do with the size of the pipes when installed). the pool was regularly monitored for water safety. We still used to pool ok but the problem needs to be fixed and I'm sure the owner will fox this problem soon.

Summary: Amazing little villa. you need a car to stay here as it is in a fairly remote location.

Positive: Very good facilities and kind people. When we went the house was almost new. Cleaning lady speaks Thai, but the owner speaks fine English. We even got some free drinking water and cacao + coffee. Recommended.
