Positive: The hosts. The room. The location. The swimming pool. The cleanliness.
Negative: We first visited Milan and Rome. We booked this B&B for a brief stay (2 nights, so one full day at the B&B) on our way to our final destination. We booked it to enjoy the accommodation, countryside, peace and swimming pool after these lovely, interesting, but busy city trips. We booked it as well because it wasn't that far from Bologna, so that we could still decide whether or not to visit Bologna at night to go out for dinner. Unfortunately on our only full day at the B&B, the accommodation was rented for a "hen party" by 15 Italian girls. From around 12/13h (don't remember exactly) until (after) 19h when we left for dinner. So not a few hours. I must emphasize it was a decent party: just talking, no music. No problem with that. However, after 6-7 hours of Italian girl chatting, my ears were tweeting a bit ;-) So consider this as a tip. I don't think it's a good idea to rent the accommodation at the same time to both travelers and for private events. It's a loose-loose situation for each. - The travelers - Can't enjoy the real beauty of the location due to the ongoing chitter chatter, - Don't like to go for a swim, to cool off from the heat, because the pool is surrounded with a group. In this case, a group of 15 nice girls. - The private event participants feel restrained, can't "go loose" because they're "watched" by strangers, not belonging to their group. So it would be better to not offer the rooms for rent when the accommodation is rented for a private event and vice versa. I believe it would also be a good idea if it would be marked on booking.com that the accommodation can be used for private events. To indicate there's no guarantee that only travelers will be present. Or vice versa, that the accommodation doesn't allow private events. Then travelers are aware of this before they book. So I gave this B&B a 10 because it's really very good.

Positive: Host Sisi and Roberto are the nicest hosts ever. Breakfast was great, pool is sparkling clean and inviting。 Scenery around the property is unbelievably beautiful. Bed is very comfy and bathroom so big and clean. We had such a great time relaxing at the Villa after a long day at the race track!
Negative: Will be better to have a car.

Positive: Wow, great location, exactly as Italy is imagined. Lovely building, awesome views. The hosts were fabulous, very friendly and helpful even though we didn’t speak any Italian. Amazing place to stay. I would definitely recommend.
Negative: Pool wasn’t open until end of April so we just missed out but this was explained to us.
