This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Summary: We booked this property as it could accommodate a large group. We had 10 adults and 12 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us inside and out. The kids had an absolute blast with none of them wanting to leave after our 2-night stay. The gardens are huge with plenty of space to kick around balls etc. The outside deck had a lounge area and a dining area then there is also an BBQ area with a Pizza oven with another dining area. We were covered for dinner on both nights. Lazy days spent around the pool then nights around the fire. Kids explored the property, fished, ran around, used the kids swings set, hid in the cubby house, played pool and swam. No IPADS the whole time. You will enjoy this space. It also really close to shops (5min) if you need to duck away.

Summary: Great location very quiet and close to city and shops… Beautiful outdoor area so much space enough for over 20 people.. loved the view and the backyard so nice and very well maintained.. good size rooms but only my consider is need Ac at upstair room and downstairs room… Otherwise everything great…

Summary: Great house for a large group, bedrooms were large, beds not that comfy though. Had an issue with the fireplace being blocked and filled the house with smoke but other than that it was amazing.

Summary: We had a large family group stay for the first week in January 2023. Plenty of beds in this house and lots of facilities with so much to do. A little hard to launch kayaks from but we managed by walking them across the small muddy area. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic and the house was well equipped with everything you need. We were told there was no fire pit, we were pleasantly surprised to find a great built in fire pit right next to outdoor area which was fun at night to sit by and roast marshmallows. Property is a 5 min drive to nowra shops where you can buy everything. I do wish they had a small jetty to fish from and launch kayaks but we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our large group of families.

Summary: In general- this is a great property. Large flowing house with excellent undercover outdoor areas and brilliant pool (heated) with a wood fire pizza oven that is brilliant and new BBQ. Ample beds. We had 20 in total- but you could sleep up to 28 with ease. Good games room den and lovely grounds. The kitchen is awesome. However for a property of this advertised calibre we were expecting some greater attention to detail. For instance - there were only 17 forks and 18 knives?? The cleanliness needs some work and the lounges are in need of a replacement both inside and out. Some in the family had bad sleeps too due to very uncomfortable beds. The place has two fridges which is handy - and a great 90cm oven which is essential. As mentioned earlier- great home, and with some greater attention to some details and some upgrades it would hit the level of quality one would expect for the cost.

Summary: We are 6 families regular visitors to similar large holiday homes . We throughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at Terara , house is large enough for a big group , clean & cozy .Kids have plenty of space to run around, many trees to climb .we enjoyed the evenings by the river and played a great game of cricket in the massive front lawn . Location is really convenient 20 min to the great beaches of Jervis bay , Only downside is the property doesn’t make much use of the river . A pier to few canoes would be a great addition to make full use of the location. Overall we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend Terara Riverview estate
