Positive: The hotel grounds and pool are beautiful, inviting, and very relaxing. It has a nice family atmosphere. The staff is super attentive and kind. They go the extra mile to help you, are friendly and genuine. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food and drinks. The only reason I gave some lower marks is because the facilities need some sprucing up, especially the ground floor handicap accessible room - the wood floor needs refinishing, the room needs painting, the refrigerator didn't work, and the upholstered chair needs to be cleaned. The pool also needed a good shocking and scrubbing. Otherwise, it would have been a 10 overall.
