Summary: The property is near the beach and town but it has a lot of drawbacks Noisy dogs (5) next door that bark every time you go out to terrace or if the neighbours go as well. The property needs an upgrade in that external shutters did not work properly, air con only worked in one room and the gas boiler had an intermittent fault that meant having a cold shower occasionally. Also the general quality of the equipment was poor the bare minimum was supplied, (didn’t even have a salt and pepper pot) Compared to other properties we have rented in Guardamar this was by far the worst we have ever had

Summary: Everything went smoothly. Friendly, helpful owner. Very close to a lovely beach, a nice range of restaurants and within walking distance of essential shops. Comfortable accomodation with all we needed.

Summary: Kitchen and bathroom too small.not very peaceful because of constant barking dogs all around.needs a bit of maintenance

Summary: All aspects of this trip were very clear: the reservation, questions by email, the arrival and departure, etc. Its all quite well organized in a friendly, casual way. Plus, you can help yourself to the great figs from the tree in front!

Summary: The property is very close to the long, gorgeous beach. The house is nice and spacious where you have everyting for a week or so stay. We plan to come back.
