Terrace Lawn - This large home is ideal for Dreams Park families – only one-half mile from the park. A circular drive gives easy access and off-street parking for 4 cars. It features a side yard, complete with picnic tables and grill. There is room enough to play game of catch.

This vintage home is kept in pristine condition. The original hardwood floor have been carefully refinished - enhancing the warm patina of the old wood. The hardwood floors and wood moldings throughout create a warm ambiance.
The spacious eat-in kitchen was completely remodeled in 2019. Guests enjoy sitting on the large wrap around porch. You can see the Dreams Park baseball fields across the road. In fact some of the fields are located on land where the Terrace Lawn owner used to grow strawberries. It is very close to a supermarket and local eateries.

Summary: The porch was amazing and where most of the time was spent. The house had character and charm. It was clean and very spacious. The only draw back was the yard was not as large/open as we had hoped.

Summary: This home was perfect for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. We had 3 families staying together and it was perfect. Lots of room for kids and adults to hang out inside and outside. The pool was very refreshing as it was hot in July there. Jenny met us there when checking in to be sure we had everything we needed. I like nice sheets/mattress and our bed had nice 100% cotton sheets probably 800-1000 count and that made the bed even more comfortable. Checking out was also nice as there was nothing to do, they wanted us to enjoy a vacation and not have to strip sheets etc. like most homes require. If we are in the area we will stay here again for sure. If Jenny lets us. Our kids did break a window throwing the baseball. Oh, and it is adjacent to the parks and you can see the last set of fields from the front porch.

Summary: This was without a doubt the best place we could have stayed. Clean comfortable and convenient. The value this place offers could be the best value in the entire area as far as coming to a cooperstown baseball tournament at dreams park. 5 mins total from driveway to dreams park parking lot. The house has plenty of room upstairs and down. The layout is great with all bedrooms up and separate living spaces down. I would highly recommend and if we ever get to come back I'll be booking this place again. The owners are fantastic as well. They're responsive friendly and accommodating. You can't go wrong here.

Summary: We just stayed for week 14 and it was amazing. The house has plenty of space and very well maintained. the house has many great features but the location to Dreams park is the best, you are literally across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Terrace Lawn was a perfect location across the street from the Dreams Park. You can sit on the porch and hear the games going on. We loved the porch especially when the park was in rain delay. The house was spacious and easily fit two families, you could fit three families. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer and a pool on the property. There are other units on the property so multiple families could all be together. I would highly recommend Terrace Lawn.
