3 Bedroom Villa in Loredo

Terraced house in Loredo, 400 m. from the beach of Loredo and Somo, (with more than 6 kms of fine sand and crystal clear water). In Somo there is a boat that crosses Santander continuously, it is a beautiful 15 minute cruise, which leaves you in the center of the city, after having admired the beautiful bay of Santander, surrounded by the mountainous landscape of Cantabria,
Our chalet consists of:
1 living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, .....
We have a nice terrace of 100 m. with garden, table and garden chairs, to be able to sunbathe or eat if you wish.
SURF, KITESURF, WINDSURF if you are fond of it, we believe that it is your IDEAL HOUSE * beach and school Surf also to five minutes.
GOLF, 10 minutes by car, we have the Pedreña golf course, birthplace of "Ballesteros"
HORSE RIDING - HIKING
'Strategic zone to know all of Cantabria and Vizcaya, like the famous replica of the Altamira caves in Santillana del Mar, its town seems to be taken from a tale of the Middle Ages, its streets are paved; the Cave of Soplao; the Cabárceno Nature Park at 15 km (the largest in all of Europe) where the animals live in semi-freedom. Less than 30 minutes from Santander, Noja, Isla, Laredo, Castro Urdiales, Suances, less than 45 minutes from Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Bilbao Guggenheim Museum. In Potes we have the Picos de Europa, there you can try the cocido montañés and its famous pomace and of course, see an impressive landscape of mountains. La Vega de Pas where the famous Sobaos are made, you will see villages where their inhabitants still live in a rural way
As for the local cuisine, Somo and Loredo are specialized in fish and seafood grills. We also have pizzeria, burguers, and some pubs for drinks in the evening, people from the surroundings come on weekends to enjoy the nights of our town. And if you prefer to cook, do not worry, we also have supermarkets, fish shops, patisseries ...

Summary: Ideally located in Loredo near to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops - everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday is within ten minutes walk. Great surfing lessons at Loredo Surf School too. The house has a lovely spacious terrace which we used everyday for sunbathing, eating and outdoor cooking on the bbq. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils. Two shower rooms were very useful when you have a family and the bedrooms were of an excellent size. The top floor room lacked a window and was very hot at night unfortunately, but this was the onlly negative in an otherwise lovely stay. The house owners were very friendly, welcoming and super responsive to our needs.

Summary: A great townhouse situated in a lovely beach resort. The Casa was very clean and well equipped. The Owners were very easy to contact and made us very feel very welcome. We have booked again for 2017.

Summary: With our family of 5 (3 daughters of 18-16-14 years old) we stayed for 2 weeks in this great house in Loredo. The house is located in a quiet street but around the corner there are some nice restaurants, a bakery, supermarket and shops and about 400 ms away there is the lovely beach of Loredo. The house has everything one needs: great garden fully equiped for relaxing (BBQ, large table with nice chairs, lounge bed), two bathrooms which is nice after a sandy day at the beach, and spacious bedrooms. Loredo and its neighboring village Somo are wonderful. But also the rest of Cantabria is fantastic: great people (very friendly) great food and great nature. We will certainly come back!
