Positive: Very clean house, very comfortable lodging with so many amenities to list. Very gracious hosts and convenient location as we were passing through from Crater Lake to Portland. We stayed for one night on our Oregon road trip after a day at Crater Lake. From before our stay even began, we had good communication with our hosts.  Generous house tour and beautiful garden.  The owners have thought of every little touch and the attention to detail from a service and hospitality perspective was superb. Welcomed with blueberry sangria, a treat after we returned from dinner and ice cold water at bed were just some examples.

Positive: The hosts were kind, welcoming and thoughtful. They gave us a very interesting tour of the century-old house and the lovely garden, including a demonstration of James's top-notch sound system, then sat on the porch for conversation before dinner - for which they arranged reservations at an excellent restaurant downtown, in walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with Gail's own breakfast casserole, biscuits and homemade jam, juice, and excellent coffee.
Summary: Really wonderful - we don't think there was anything that could have been better.

Positive: Very friendly hosts, lovely welcome. Adored our wee balcony on which to drink juice and morning coffee. James recommended a local restaurant and even booked it for us. The restaurant was lovely and we had a superb meal there. They made us feel like family. Breakfast was great the next morning, and they gave us frozen water to take away, too, which was so welcome on a hot day. Would highly recommend James and Gail as hosts..
Summary: Awesome
