Positive: Exceptionally clean and modern facilities. The staff was friendly and always with a smile. Nice courtesy to provide fruits upon arrival and the room even has beach towels. In general we would recommend, good value for money.

Positive: Small, new studio apartment with modern furnishings, clean and functional. The balcony is equipped with a beach umbrella and enjoys afternoon and evening sun. There's a beautiful view of the palm trees along the waterfront and you can see spectacular sunsets. The host is helpful, kind and provides detailed information. TV with Netflix and flawless Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Welcome water and fruit in the fridge were much appreciated. Real plant in the house and surrounding area very well-kept. The apartment is managed by the owner of an English pub next door, with good music and good food. The area is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. There's a lovely promenade along the seafront. The municipal beach of Aliki Beach is a 5-minute walk away. It has facilities and the sea is calm and clean, but be careful of the rocks! We recommend the snorkeling trip to swim with turtles run by Sun Seal Divers and a visit to the Tala Cats sanctuary!
Negative: The view of the internal courtyard is not the best, the road behind the house is very busy, large pans for cooking are available upon request and there is no table in the apartment, if you want to eat inside you have to bring inside the small table and chairs from the balcony.

Positive: Room well presented, great shower, kitchen had everything + frappe machine 👌🏻 location was perfect for getting to all attractions. Apartments close to coral Bay Beach, coastal walk and sea views, and air-conditioning worked well. Room cleaning on request friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay! Beach towels provided. The balcony area was perfect for a morning coffee.

Positive: Apartments are new and clean. Location is great and just a few meters away from the sea. Unobstracted Sea view is great and from the veranta you can enjoy the beautiful Paphos sunset. The apartment is wonderfully decorated and fully equiped (appliances, kitchenware, everything). Great attention to detail which makes the difference (beach towels, nespresso coffee maker with complimentary coffee capsules and sugar, 5-star hotel quality & quantity shampoo & body wash and a bottle of wine). Host is great. New horison pub is just a few meters away and serves very high quality english breakfast which was very convinient in the mornings for breakfast, coffee and fresh juice. Will visit again for sure. Value for money was exceptional.

Positive: Very nice and clean apartment having all the needed equipements for our stay. The reception by Stephanos and his wife was really nice and made us feel like at home.
Negative: Since we are on a long trip to Cyprus we had multiple luggages with us, unfortunately the apartments are not served with an elevator so going to the second or 3rd floor is a hasstle. But again grateful to Staphanos whom helped us on our arrival to take the luggages up the stairs.
