Positive: The location is ideal, situated between Siena and Florence, with just about an hour’s drive to either city. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it feel just like home. You can enjoy breathtaking vineyard views directly from your room or while sipping a glass by the pool. The wine tasting is an absolute must! The estate produces its own wine, which you can sample during the tasting. Roberta provides detailed explanations about each wine, including how it’s made and what foods to pair it with. Roberta is an exceptional host—helpful, kind, and welcoming. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The stunning views added to the charm of our stay. I highly recommend Agriturismo Patrizia and Terre di Melazzano for a truly memorable experience.

Positive: Beautiful location with great facilities and very attentive staff- Roberta is a star! We had a problem with wifi for the first few days but this was resolved promptly.
Negative: A smoother access track for cars and the pedestrian walkway to the town wasn't available so had to drive.
Summary: Really enjoyed a very relaxed stay.

Positive: The location was fantastic, the wine tasting was fantastic and we had more than expected with extra information when we asked questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The view is incredible. We suggest a car and roads are quiet. It’s traditional Italian decor which made it so much more authentic, adding to the experience.
Negative: Could invest in A/C however fan did the job.
Summary: Fantastic, Roberta and lady who did the wine tour are amazing!

Positive: Location was lovely, fantastic pool, everything was really well cared for. Wine tasting was great and lunch in montefioralle was lovely. Greve is lovely and really close. Very chilled out.
Negative: It was very hot when we were there, air con would have been lovely but we did have a fan.

Positive: This accommodation is great. The actual property is authentic Tuscan style, it’s clean, with enough kitchen utensils to be self sufficient. We enjoyed our private dining table outside our villa, with enough privacy from the other villa’s and the views are remarkable. Whilst there is no air conditioning, there were fans which did the job. The old stone house stayed relatively cool with shutters to keep the sun out during the day and all the windows have fly wire to enjoy the breeze at night and morning without mosquitoes. The pool is great, with the incredible views. Because it’s up on the hill you do need to drive into town, but it’s a very short drive with plenty of parking in the wonderful old town of Greve. Roberta managed our stay and she was fabulous.
Negative: Their sun lounges have sun shades on them which need to be tightened so they can be utilised properly.
Summary: Perfect stay and we would return
