Positive: The property was easy to find, great parking there was enough room for the 4 of us. Everything was there, was clean and tidy
Negative: The street light out the front made the front rooms very bright and light, I like it to be very dark, but that me, could do with a curtain to keep that light out a bit. We couldn’t use the fire place

Positive: We loved our stay at Terrigal Beach House. The place was clean, and had a nice homely feel to it. The balcony was just amazing and it was so lovely sitting out there at the end of a day at the beach and in the pool. It was a perfect place for me and my family to stay and we would love to visit again.

Positive: Location was ideal. Cose to the beach. very generous with linen. Ideal layout for our group. Kid safe. Beautiful deck.
Negative: No laundry. A washing machine was supplied in the kitchen. We eventually found a small clothes dryer and some pegs. A n electric dryer would be beneficial. No railings on the stairs were a problem. Access to the pool was sown a steep slope and it was slippery in wet weather.
Summary: Overall, it allowed an experience filled week at Terrigal at the beach and in the sun.

Positive: The location of the property was great - Just a short, easy drive to the beach and the main street filled with cafes and restaurants. The house was clean on arrival, and communication with the hosts was smooth throughout our stay.
Negative: Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property. This is my first ever review - but I wanted to share my feedback with the hope that the hosts make some urgent changes. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in, so much so that my husband and I ended up sleeping in separate beds to try and get some sleep. To make matters worse, the bed slats repeatedly fell out, including once in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. For $600 a night, this kind of poor quality and lack of basic comfort is unacceptable. The listing photos are also quite misleading as several advertised features were missing. For instance, there was no hammock or balcony sofa setting, both of which were key reasons we chose this place. We have a small child and had planned to relax on the balcony in the evenings while she slept. Additionally, the outdoor area was poorly maintained - the grass hadn’t been cut and there were spiders everywhere, which meant our little girl couldn’t play outside as we’d hoped. With better maintenance, and quality bedding, we would recommend this property. However as it stands, we felt let down. We are happy to discuss with the hosts and answer any questions.

Positive: The location of this property is fantastic, it’s lovely and clean
Negative: The pool is very disconnected from the rest of the house, the area under the veranda looks quite different from the image.
