Summary: For a 4 star property, the hotel fell short of expectations relative to other properties we have stayed at. The room we were given had a cracked sink with a hole and shampoo soap pump did not work. At night around 3 or 4 am, a garbage truck would come and make noises outside. Bed was comfortable. The gym was decent and indoor/outdoor pool area was great. But definitely not worth the ~$750 per night including taxes! The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of breakfast food. $9 lattes? Haha. Avocado toast and chilaquiles were mediocre at best. We went elsewhere for our meals after that experience.
