Positive: The best hotel in the Sultanahmet area. Everything was superlative, from the hotel's location near Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, to the cleanliness of the room, amenities, modern elevator and last but not least the friendliness of the staff (Met, Ahmet, Recep, the breakfast guys and the cleaning ladies). I will gladly return every time I come to Istanbul. Thank You Hotel is the perfect place for a comfortable and carefree stay in the heart of the famous Sultanahmet.

Positive: The hotel has an excellent location – right in the city center, on the Golden Horn, within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Gulhane Park, the citadel, and many other landmarks. Our room faced the street but was quiet, and the staff even made sure that we didn’t have neighbors in the adjacent rooms. Parking was arranged on the street, the room was cleaned regularly, towels were changed, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The room had a small fridge, air conditioning, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The staff speaks English and is very helpful. Breakfast is self-service, with basic non-meat options, but more than sufficient in both quantity and quality.
Negative: The second bedroom provided for our relatives did not have a window – only a small balcony that opened into an internal staircase, which might be uncomfortable for guests with claustrophobia. In addition, our relatives mentioned that they could hear some noise from the neighboring room, although everything was quiet after midnight.

Positive: Excellent hotel, located in the center of Sultanahmet, just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and very good public transport links. It is ideal for exploring a city like Istanbul. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and brand new, with the added bonus of a delicious breakfast to start your day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and fulfilled all our requests. As our room was a bit small for three people, they upgraded us to a suite ! :-)

Positive: Hotel was beyond exceptional. Very clean, peaceful and up to date. Staff are marvellous. Helpful and friendly always asking if we needed anything. I’ve stayed at 5* hotels that don’t provide the service that was given to me at this hotel. The standard of hospitality and cleanliness were beyond my expectations. And the location was perfect. The owner even gave us a parting gift on our check out day. They appreciate the guests. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Istanbul. Definitely will recommend this to all my family and friends!!
