Positive: The staff gave us a fan after we told them about the aircon.

Negative: Not like it has been presented on this site in terms of room quality. Chose it based on the pool (which was really dirty) and the air con (which didn't work half the time).

Positive: The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. It was great to have a pool with a place inside the pool to sit and read. The garden was beautiful with lots of birds, butterflies and bats at night. The room was large and comfy with A/C and hot water. Although it was a 15 minute walk to the riverside, there are lots of restaurants and shops close and it is located by fields and so feels a bit rural.

Negative: The bathroom was a bit old and run down without any shelving/storage and quite a lot of mosquitoes managed to get into the room, despite flyscreens on the windows.

Positive: Nice staff. Great Garden with litchi tree. Nice (but warm) pool. Big room. They organized nice and rather cheap safari for next day (walking, boat, jeep). Private lodge.

Negative: Staff not always available for questions, we could ask about food. So no meals available. Room was ok.

Positive: Very comfortable room (had the one with AC). Nice and quiet just behind the main street, so everything in walking distance. Bars and restaurants for every taste. Very helpful staff. Also with organizing any activity. Surely recommended!!!

Positive: I got a room upgrade and it was very good. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location. Everything is walking distance away. The owner is very helpful and friendly. She organised my visits and also my bus ticket back to Kathmandu. I would stay there again for sure

Positive: The staff were super friendly and so helpful and really made the trip to Chitwan super special. The owner took us on a half day walking trip in the jungle and we learned so much about the plants and animals. He also organised a jeep trip in the afternoon. Ghanga very kindly went to town and got some lights for us to take home as we loved the ones in the room. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely with very spacious rooms and a very comfy bed.

Negative: Only slight negative was we booked here as it had a swimming pool but on arrival it was empty. All in all it wasn't the end of the world and didn't detract from the stay as all the positives more than made up for it. We would have struggled for time to use the pool anyways.

Positive: Really comfortable and big room with attached bathroom and decent shower (I upgraded to the AC room). The pool is actually bigger than I was expecting for the price of the place and the AC worked very well. The owner of the hostel was really friendly. Good location a couple of mins from the main high street and about 20 mins walk from the river front. You could also borrow a bicycle for free which was a great bonus.

Negative: The pool could be slightly cleaner, but for the price I can't complain and it was still OK to swim in unless you are fussy. I'm sure it was cleaner than many other swimming pools in Nepal.
