Summary: Breakfast was limited and of poor quality! Sink plug was permanently stuck. WiFi was terrible. Window didn't close properly. Not good when near freezing outside.

Summary: I was very surprised to be given a room in a separate out building, down a flight of steps or a long walk down the drive to get to a ramp, I am disabled and have a blue badge, the only available disabled parking bay was near the rear door of the hotel ie a long walk to the room I was given! I did ask for a room in the hotel but was told they were all taken

Summary: Lovely old hotel with all the mod cons. Very comfortable rooms, easy parking and located close to West Horsley Place which we were touring the next day.

Summary: The service was shocking; I had to wait 8 minutes for a table. Then the waitress started by saying We are busy, you will have to wait for your drinks. This is not what I expected, then to top it off, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a bowl of porridge.
