Positive: The staff was nice. The old floors and staircase were great
Negative: It is TIRED. Like really tired. There is a difference between historic and just neglected. The bathrooms are dreadful. The chairs in the rooms are filthy to say the least. The mini fridge was dirty. The blinds were broken. The shower was patched and held together. Overall a 2/10 . Every single item in this hotel needs some new eyes. The only saving grace was good water pressure and new towels. The bedding was awful. It was actually all well below par.
Summary: The location is great. The staff is nice. The rest I could do without

Negative: Packaged breakfast, having the bathroom sinks in the bedroom, wall to wall carpeting in the room rather than the hard wood floors, and the broken window blind with no string.

Positive: Great location near restaurants and stores, plenty of parking, EV chargers nearby. The building itself is exceptionally beautiful, each room is unique with a lot of character.
Negative: Breakfast was a disappointment. Almost no selection, no hot food. Even no hot water for tea.

Positive: The atmosphere around the hotel was so charming. The location was great, and the parking was super easy. Wonderful place. I would highly recommend.
Negative: The heat in the room was a bit and high, and the radiator seemed locked in full-open. It was a bit toasty, but otherwise it was a great experience.
