Summary: Wonderful and quick at the check in. Very friendly and clean, breakfast was amazing. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip up to the White Mountains.

Summary: Kali the manager on duty was great! Our room did have an old musty smell when we got there. The beds said queen but fit more like a full. We have stayed here in the past and it was a lot better before. Wouldn’t waste the money we were charged to stay again!

Summary: Room was clean and staff friendly. They said breakfast was severed from 6am - 10am. We got down around 9:30 and there was nothing to eat. All hot foods were empty, no bagels, no muffins. We did get a waffle and some dry cereal. I understand we were towards the end of the time, but there were lots of people at that time who were all disappointed in the lack of a hot breakfast as promised. Either refill or cut the hours.

Summary: Only real issue was that hotel.com double booked us - so the hotel had to accommodate. They had us go into a smaller/down grade room from what we originally had for one night then updated us to a bigger room from what we booked for the rest of the trip. The hotel is in a bit of a rough shape but nothing that interfered with our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall good and what we needed.

Summary: My husband and I had a fantastic stay! Everyone was so nice. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I loved the "Suite Shop". Will definitely stay here again.
