Summary: I signed up as an alternative to the typical Marriott because it was highly ranked -9.8- on hotels.com Nice enough but with the cleaning fee cost was no less than a hotel in Columbia, zero service available, perhaps my error but expected more of a localized B&B type of experience and was disappointed. For business or personal use would rate as a clean but 8… not 9.8 On departure I spoke to 4-5 other guests and they were similarly surprised - certainly NOT exceptional

Summary: This was a first time we opted for something little different than hotel and I am so glad we did. Next time we go to Columbia this will be the first pace we check availability for sure.

Summary: The building is beautiful -- rocking-chair front porch, wooden floors, very clean. Our room wasn't huge, but it was comfortable. I would have liked a bedside table on both sides of the bed, so maybe ask for that specifically if it's important to you. The showerhead is lower than average; it didn't bother me because I'm only 5-foot-2, but it might be a bit inconvenient if you are 6 feet. I loved the keyless locks for the front and bedroom doors -- it's so much easier than keeping track of keys. The inn is in a great location: less than a mile from downtown in a walkable part of the city. There's no breakfast or food, but coffee and water is available, plus there is a little shared fridge and microwave.

Summary: 1425 Inn was nothing less than absolutely lovely. It is quiet, comfortable, and clean. My questions upon arrival were all answered and I felt very welcomed there. I highly recommend it!

Summary: Our room was cute and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The temperature control unit was also excellent. We also liked bejng able to fill our water bottles from the water cooler. We would stay here again.

Summary: Room was sterile but bed was super comfy. We didn’t see a single other soul during our one-night stay. Location was good for visiting campus. There was NO breakfast.

Summary: This is a beautiful Inn in the heart of Columbia, SC. The location is convenient to downtown. It was clean, the bed super comfy and a lovely room and home. I'd definitely stay here again.
